We are launching a new, modern endoscopy clinic designed to deliver efficient, high-quality GI care with an exceptional patient experience. This is a true startup environment—lean, innovative, and built for growth. Our goal is to provide faster access for colonoscopy and endoscopy screenings in a market where wait times are months out.

We are seeking a skilled, collaborative Gastroenterologist who is excited to help us build and scale this new center from the ground up.

• Enjoys a startup atmosphere and is willing to help shape workflows, protocols, and clinical pathways in the early stages
• Can work closely with leadership to grow volume and optimize operations
• Values efficiency and patient-centered care

• Is open to future leadership and ownership roles

Your Role

• Perform colonoscopies, endoscopies, consults, and follow-up visits
• Help refine clinical operations, scheduling, and patient flow as we scale
• Collaborate with our team to build referral relationships
• Provide medical leadership and guidance as the clinic develops
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives as we become accredited

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Licensed or able to obtain licensure in Idaho
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in helping build and grow a new center
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving healthcare startup
