Coverage Needed:

• September 29, 2025 - January 5, 2026
• Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Specific Dates:
  • 9-29-10/1
  • 10/6-1013
  • 10/20-11/3
  • 11/8-11/10
  • 11/24-12/1
  • 12/6-12/8
  • 12/15-01/05
• Regular time (8am - noon) that will include 5-10 procedures in the hospital Monday - Friday. No clinic time is expected. Call to follow onsite hospital time

Clinical Details:

• EMR: Cerner
• Beeper Call - 30 minute response time
• Average Phone Consults: 5
• Inpatient
• 10-20 patients per shift
• Admissions: 2-10
• Level 4 Trauma Facility, 300 Beds
• Rounding
• Support Staff: 5 RNs

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active AZ License and DEA
• ACLS, BLS
• Fellowship
• Clean record
