Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Gate Attendant to join the team.

Ideal State date is May 1, 2026. Must have availability through Mid-October.

Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn - a Relais & Chateaux hotel - is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position: In the Gate Attendant role, you greet guests cordially, direct guests correctly, advise the front desk/bell staff of guest arrival, maintain secure presence at the entrance to the property, and maintain constant radio communication with all Front of the House Departments.

About You: You have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Essential Duties:

• Confirm reservation and room location on arrival list.
• Distribute parking passes
• Direct guests to the main house for check in.
• Acknowledge all Inn guests with parking pass each time they enter or depart the property.

• Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
• Experience in a luxury setting desirable
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
