About Us:

Tempo Sports is seeking an experienced Gate Supervisor to oversee and manage the movement of goods, personnel, and vehicles in and out of our factory.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Gate Supervisor to ensure efficient and secure operations at our factory gate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, and experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing goods, personnel, and vehicles

- Verify and record gate passes, delivery challans, and other relevant documents

- Enter gate-related data into ERP system accurately and timely

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, vehicle logs, and personnel access

- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and security teams as necessary

- Investigate and report any discrepancies or security breaches

- Maintain a clean and organized gate area

Requirements:

- Age: 35 years and above

- Education: Graduate (any discipline)

- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role (gate supervision)

- Computer skills (MS Office, ERP system)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial Unit

- Familiarity with ERP systems
