 Handle all site activities include maintenance and supervision.
 
 
 Job Accountabilities &amp; Activities

 Monitor machine&rsquo;s performance via Xerox monitoring tools. Fix all machines malfunction. - Consumables management. Meet customer urgent needs. Support in machines connectivity to customer network.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Deliver machines meter reading on time.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review &amp; deliver invoices and provide customer acknowledgement. Follow up on payment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assure maximum customer satisfaction level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and assure high service level for all machines to avoid unnecessary cost in spares and consumables. Immediate address for any consumables/spares bleeding.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Education &amp; Certifications
 
 
 Engineering bachelor&rsquo;s degree/equivalent degree.
 
 
 
 Required Years Of Experience
 
 
 
 2-3 years&rsquo; experience.
