Gelato Server

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Warmly greet customers, offer samples, describe flavors, make recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
• Product Handling: Accurately scoop, portion, and present gelato, sorbets, sundaes, and beverages (coffee/milkshakes).
• Sales & Transactions: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments (cash/card), and potentially upsell products.
• Store Maintenance: Keep serving areas, display cases, dining tables, and equipment spotless; restock supplies (cones, cups, toppings).
• Operational Support: Assist with opening/closing duties, adhere to food safety/hygiene standards, and manage inventory.
