Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves interacting with people, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving our gelato, milkshakes, coffee, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide excellent service.
• Help customers make selections by explaining our gelato flavors, ingredients, and products.
• Prepare and serve gelato, milkshakes, coffee, and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and workstations.
• Learn and apply new techniques to enhance the store's operations and product offerings.
• Operate the register accurately and handle transactions.
• Ensure the store provides a fun, friendly, and professional environment for customers.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and love for talking with people.
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills and contributing to the store’s success.
• Bonus: Experience in making milkshakes, coffee, or similar products.
