Job Title: GeM Bidding Executive / Back Office Executive

Location: Greater Noida West
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply)

Job Summary

The GeM Bidding Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s account on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, handling tenders, bids, and related back-office tasks specially manpower outaourcing bids. The ideal candidate should have good communication, documentation, and coordination skills, along with a basic understanding of online tendering or GeM processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company profile and product listings on the GeM portal.
  • Search and analyze tenders, bids, and product requirements relevant to the company’s offerings.
  • Prepare and submit online bids and quotations on the GeM platform.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for quotations, specifications, and documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of bidding activities, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Follow up on bid results, order status, and payment tracking.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, data entry, and other back-office tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
