GEM TENDER EXECUTIVE

We are looking for Full time tender executive for our company A2mation technology solution opc pvt ltd

Location- Kolkata (Stand Road)

Office Timing- 9AM-6.30PM

Salary-10-15K

responsibility:

1. Searching tenders on gem and non gem portals

2.Lead Generation in Govt. departments for electronics products like airqualitydisplay/scoreboard/digital clock/jumbo display/videowall/token printer token callig/nurse attendant system/datalogger & others

Fluent in Bengali / English / Hindi

2. Registeration on e proc portals

3. Printing the BIDs /sending soft copies to the responsible person

4. Ensuring prices are shared with the bidder

5. Ensuring the BIDs are placed in time - maintaining an excel for the same

6. Checking clarifications, extensions and qualification analysis

7. Doing reverse auctions

8. Product addition for direct orders and market place orders

9. Talking to the order placing authorities for brand enlistment, vendor additions etc . Setting up meetings with sales team.

10. Any documentation related to bidding or vendor empanelment

11.Making invoices on tally is preferable

12.Everything is online hence computer skills should be very good, excel, photoshop,word, etc .
