Description:

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or workflow design in Sales, Operations, or enterprise tech environments
• Proven ability to analyze and streamline complex cross-functional processes
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools/LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for workflow design and automation
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, and system architecture concepts
• User-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including BRDs, workshops, and leadership presentations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a fast-paced, iterative approach
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and experienced in driving adoption and change management across team
