Urgently hiring for Gen AI Engineer

Work Mode: Remote
Experience: 4+ year’s

Must Have

• Overall 4+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development, including
• hands-on work on at least one production-grade Gen AI use case.
• Strong practical experience in Gen AI solution development, particularly
• in RAG-based or Agentic implementations for global customers.
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and Knowledge of using Agentic
• frameworks such as LangGraph or others.
• Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT-OSS)
• and multimodal models.
• Strong understanding of Evaluating and Refining Gen AI Solution
• performance.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI solution
• deployments.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD for Gen AI solution deployment.
• Understanding of various RAG methodologies, Query Transformation, Prompt
• Optimization techniques.
• Awareness of LLM Guardrails, Best practices in enterprise environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
