Overview
We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who will support the BFSI content & education vertical across CRM and social media assets. This talent will work closely with the content, design, and animation teams to produce high-quality creatives with quick turnaround times while adhering to brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, WhatsApp)

Create static creatives, infographics, carousels, GIFs, and basic motion-based assets.

Develop clean, high-readability designs suited for the brand's visual language.

Translate content briefs into visually engaging posts optimized for each platform.

CRM Design (Push Notifications, Emailers, App Cards)

Create email design assets, including
-
2D/3D illustrations
-
Header/hero visuals
-
Brand pattern–based visuals
-
Landing page creative layouts
-
Deliver polished, high-quality graphics with strong layout balance and UI understanding.

Adapt designs for multiple CRM formats while aligning with brand tonality.

Video Design Support (YouTube Long-form)

Develop storyboards, visual directions, and mood boards.
-
Define the illustration style, iconography, and design language for video content.

Work with editors/animators to translate storyboard concepts into production-ready assets.
