Your Mission
We are looking for AI/ML & Generative AI Senior Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Generative AI (GenAI), with a strong engineering background in building scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems. This role will involve leading AI initiatives, designing system architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into business workflows.

What You’ll Do
Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for enterprise applications.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, and technologies based on business requirements.
Optimize AI models for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy while ensuring responsible AI practices.
Lead the adoption of LLMs (Large Language Models), transformers, and multimodal AI models for innovative applications.
Define best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
Ensure AI models adhere to industry standards, ethical AI principles, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
Lead the end-to-end engineering lifecycle for AI/ML products, from research to deployment and monitoring.
Architect and implement MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment,
monitoring, and governance of AI models.
Drive automation in AI development, testing, and deployment to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps teams to build and maintain AI
infrastructure.
Ensure AI solutions are secure, robust, and cost-efficient across cloud and onprem
environments.
Stay ahead of the latest trends in AI, ML, and GenAI, identifying opportunities for business transformation.
Define AI strategies and roadmaps to align AI capabilities with organizational goals.
Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, open-source models, and industry best practices.
Advocate for AI-driven solutions and educate stakeholders on AI’s potential impact.
Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers in developing AI-driven solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the AI/ML team.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure AI solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
Define AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in collaboration with Legal and Ethics teams.
What You Bring
AI/ML Expertise: Strong knowledge of Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and fine-tuning custom models.
MLOps & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Kubeflow, MLflow, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
ML Frameworks: Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.

Good to have skills:
Data Engineering: Experience with feature engineering, data pipelines, and ETL workflows using tools like Apache Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka.
Experience in Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, MidJourney
Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML workloads, along with experience in on-premises AI deployments.
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of AI security, privacy frameworks, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act, SOC 2, HIPAA).
