The ideal candidate will lead the development of NLP, LLM, and RAG-based solutions while mentoring teams and delivering scalable data-driven products. Key Responsibilities 3 to 15 years of experience in Data Science with leadership experience Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala Expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and GenAI frameworks Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools Design and deploy scalable ML and NLP models Lead AI/ML initiatives and experimentation workflows Optimize model performance and ensure production readiness Collaborate with engineering and business teams Communicate insights and drive data-driven decision making Preferred Qualifications PhD/Master's in Data Science, AI, or related field Experience with ML Ops tools and deployment pipelines Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Strong statistical and analytical background
