Sangtani Women Rural Development Organization (SWRDO) is a National Organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act of 2017. We are a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian, and non-governmental organization committed to fostering inclusivity, equity, and sustainable development across Pakistan. With a focus on serving vulnerable communities, SWRDO operates under a mission-driven framework to achieve sustainable development goals. Our work is recognized and certified by the Pakistan Center for Philanthropy (PCP) and we have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Federal Government of Pakistan, for the implementation of internationally funded projects. Personnel: Gender & Decent Work Manager

Qualification: M.Sc. in Gender Studies, Social Sciences or related field.

Experience:At least 5 years of relevant experience in gender equality, labor rights, or decent work programming, preferably in development or humanitarian contexts.
