Responsibilites:

  • Conduct gender analyses and assessments: To identify gaps, barriers, and opportunities related to gender equality in programs, policies, and communities.
  • Develop gender-responsive strategies, action plans, and frameworks :To integrate gender considerations across all project components.
  • Provide technical guidance: On gender mainstreaming to project teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support the design and implementation of programs: That promote women’s empowerment, social inclusion, and gender equity.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and international gender standards: Including gender safeguards and inclusion policies
  • Lead capacity-building workshops and training sessions : on gender sensitivity, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, and inclusive practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate gender outcomes : Collect gender-disaggregated data, and track progress against project indicators
  • Promote inclusive participation: Ensuring women, men, girls, boys, and marginalized groups are meaningfully represented in decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors in Social science / economics/gender issues and related fields
  • Total 5 years experience in related work
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
