General Accountant

• The incumbent is responsible for performing General Accounting transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in accounting with FMCG company
• Bachelor’s degree holder with specialization in accounting
• SOCPA Certification
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and MS Office, especially Excel .
• Strong accounting knowledge
• IFRS Knowledge
• Good English Communication

Responsibilities:

• Review and post General Ledger entries, provision for risks and charges, journal entries for adjustments ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare finance reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and escalate any abnormalities if needed.
• Review and record some of the major Suppliers’ invoices, verification of prices and monthly reconciliation of suppliers' accounts.
• Assist the department in monthly closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly financial reporting.
• Collection, processing and reporting of the company's monthly KPIs data.
