Key Responsibilities
- Financial Records & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, and receivables follow-up.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Cost & Expense Management
- Monitor company expenditures and provide variance analysis.
- Recommend cost-control measures where necessary.
- Payroll & Banking
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate employee payments.
- Manage bank reconciliations and maintain good relationships with financial institutions.
