Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare VAT/tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Collaborate with management to enhance financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in general accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
