Liventra Properties is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and analytical Accountant to manage our financial operations with accuracy and professionalism. If you are passionate about numbers and want to build your career in a dynamic real estate environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, financial statements, and reports
• Manage accounts receivables, payables, and reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking
• Process invoices, payments, and petty cash
• Coordinate with auditors, management, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies

Requirement

• Must hold valid UAE visa
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience in UAE (real estate background is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
