General Accountant

We at Rich Route are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Accountant to manage our company's end-to-end financial operations. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations
• Prepare monthly rental income calculations for property owners.
• Generate and issue Monthly Owner Statements and Settlement Reports.
• Process weekly payments and maintain accurate and updated financial records.
• Oversee cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• Reconcile revenues across booking platforms, bank accounts, and payment gateways.
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate posting of rental and operational transactions.
• Perform LPO balance reconciliations and ensure accurate purchase recording.
• Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
• Support monthly Pay Run and ensure timely settlement of vendor payments.
• Process supplier invoices and maintain updated AP ledgers.

Accounts Receivable

• Record and post daily collections into the CRM based on reports received from the AR Executive.
• Ensure timely revenue recognition and correct customer payment postings.
• Monitor overdue balances and coordinate follow-ups when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and accounting best practices.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of handling multi-entity accounting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
