Hiring: Accountant & Admin

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant & Admin to join our team.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of UAE experience in accounting & administration
  • Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP
  • Experience in trading industry (preferably carpet or related)
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Knowledge of VAT filing, bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Ability to handle admin tasks, documentation, and coordination
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial records
  • VAT preparation and filing
  • Odoo data entry and system management
  • Handle administrative and office-related duties
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and management

Preferred Candidate:

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
