General Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant / Who can Relocated to Saudi Arabia KSA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with audits conducted by external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, adjusting journal entries, and financial statement analysis.

Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Participate in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Mentor and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry standards, and assess their impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is desirable but not required.
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Salary: 3500 AED to 6000 AED
