General Accountant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to support our finance operations, with a strong focus on AP activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and effective cash management. Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations
• Support Treasury operations such as cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and payment controls
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (banks, auditors, vendors)
• Support continuous improvement of accounting and payment processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a General Accounting role with 3 to 5 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Treasury functions
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Experience with SAP is a strong plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
