Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, VAT handling, and inventory/accounts management. Candidate should have good knowledge of Zoho applications, especially Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Reconcile bank statements and customer/supplier statements
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
- Handle UAE VAT filing and related documentation
- Monitor stock/inventory transactions and warehouse records
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and company documents
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and HR/Admin departments
- Follow up pending payments from customers
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
- Support audit and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
- Minimum 3+ years accounting experience in UAE preferred
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Experience in Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory preferred
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Ability to prepare statements and reconciliation reports
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Knowledge of inventory accounting
- Experience handling multi-branch or warehouse accounts
- Understanding of customer statement checking and stock movement
- Ability to maintain organized digital filing systems
