Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, VAT handling, and inventory/accounts management. Candidate should have good knowledge of Zoho applications, especially Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare invoices, credit notes, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Reconcile bank statements and customer/supplier statements
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
  • Handle UAE VAT filing and related documentation
  • Monitor stock/inventory transactions and warehouse records
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting and company documents
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and HR/Admin departments
  • Follow up pending payments from customers
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
  • Support audit and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
  • Minimum 3+ years accounting experience in UAE preferred
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
  • Experience in Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory preferred
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and reporting
  • Ability to prepare statements and reconciliation reports
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of inventory accounting
  • Experience handling multi-branch or warehouse accounts
  • Understanding of customer statement checking and stock movement
  • Ability to maintain organized digital filing systems
