About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant, to join our healthcare team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate must have prior accounting experience in a Home Health Care or Medical Center setting in the UAE, with strong knowledge of healthcare financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities (AP, AR, General Ledger)
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Support financial statements (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Monitor revenue, billing, and insurance collections
- Coordinate with RCM team for payment reconciliation
- Ensure accurate recording of patient billing and insurance transactions
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Support internal and external audits
- Implement financial controls and improve accounting processesManage day-to-day accounting transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor revenue, billing, and insurance collections
- Coordinate with RCM and insurance teams for payment tracking
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure FTA compliance
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4–6 years UAE experience, preferably in healthcare
- · Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- · Experience in medical center / hospital accounting
- · Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel
- · Strong analytical and reporting skills
- · Ability to handle both operational and supervisory responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
