General Accountant

NOTE: Only apply if you have experience in CONSTRUCTION field in UAE.

Urgently looking for general accountant with minimum 6 years of UAE experience in the CONSTRUCTION field to join our firm in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
• Managing income and expenditure accounts.
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
• Liaising with auditors.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Complies with FTA and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 years of UAE experience in a construction company
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Excellent MS Excel capabilities
• Excellent using of popular accounting software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must speak Fluent English.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good time management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Relationship building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
