- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate ledgers, process accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payment and receipt processing.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow for accuracy.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, company policies, and financial standards.
- Audit Assistance: Prepare documentation and provide support for both internal and external audits.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and maintaining office systems.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters and general inquiries
