General and Cosmetic Dentist

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced General Dentist with solid clinical exposure in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be confident performing minor surgical procedures (e.g., extractions, suturing, incision & drainage) as well as cosmetic dental procedures such as whitening, veneers, and basic aesthetic restorations.
The candidate must be willing to work on a salary + share model.

Location: Liwan, Dubailand, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dental care in line with DHA standards
• Perform minor surgical procedures and simple extractions
• Carry out cosmetic treatments, including whitening, veneers, and aesthetic restorations
• Diagnose oral conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with other medical departments when needed
• Build strong rapport with patients and support positive patient retention

Requirements

• Valid DHA license or eligibility letter
• Previous experience working as a dentist in Dubai
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, minor surgery, and cosmetic procedures
• Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Willingness to work under a salary + share compensation model

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a polyclinic or community dental practice
• Familiarity with major UAE insurance providers and dental claim processes
• Strong aesthetic dentistry portfolio (optional but desirable)
