• Heating & Air Conditioning (HVAC) – Installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating and cooling systems.

• Plumbing – Diagnosing issues, performing repairs, installing fixtures, and helping homeowners maintain their plumbing systems.

• Electrical – Troubleshooting electrical concerns, completing repairs and upgrades, and ensuring homes operate safely and efficiently.

• Pool Heating & Pool Equipment – Servicing and repairing pool heaters, pumps, automation systems, and other pool equipment.

• Home Service Sales & Customer Solutions – Working directly with homeowners to identify needs, educate them on available solutions, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of residential home services through structured training and hands-on experience.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members.

• Build trust by listening to customer concerns and helping identify solutions.

• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching programs designed to accelerate your development.

• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company with professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, sales, coaching, or other people-focused experience preferred.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.

• Dependable, coachable, and willing to accept feedback.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working directly with customers in their homes.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

No Trade Experience? No Problem.
