Job Title: General Assembler
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
Job Summary:
The General Assembler role is key to organizing and assembling products for distribution, ensuring quality control, efficient inventory management, and on-time delivery. It supports productivity, cross-department collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be required to meet business demands.

The required skills for this position include attention to detail, which is essential for ensuring that products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards. Problem-solving abilities will be utilized to identify inefficiencies in the assembly process and implement improvements. Preferred skills, such as familiarity with quality control processes, will enhance the candidate's ability to contribute to the overall success of the assembly operations.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
