General Assistant, PT, Flex Hours

Job Overview
Busy female small business owner seeks a proactive and flexible general assistant for a wide variety of tasks on a part-time basis with adaptable hours. Someone with an energetic approach and willingness to tackle an interesting variety of tasks would be invaluable.

Sample of Tasks

• Inventory management (receive and sort incoming parts, approx 1 hr/day)
• Make miscellaneous phone calls such as scheduling an oil change
• Place/pick up printing orders
• Simple housekeeping (clean cat boxes, vacuum)
• Pick up or drop off miscellaneous items such as paint at Lowes, drop off samples to a customer
• Craft projects
• Sort digital files
• Research miscellaneous topics using AI

The more flexible you can be, the more tasks/hours you can pick up.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to try/learn new things
• Own car/valid DL for errands

Ideally, this person would be available around the same time each day, mid-morning, to perform inventory tasks for approximately an hour, then pick up one or two additional tasks per day depending on what needs to be done at the time.

For the right person, this could become a full-time position.

Note: This is an environment with several cats, and would not be the best fit for someone with cat allergies or a non-pet-friendly person.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
