An international law firm is seeking two 2-8 PQE Banking Associates to join its highly regarded team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on high-profile transactions across corporate lending, real estate finance, and acquisition finance, handling both conventional and Shari'ah-compliant structures.

The Role:

• Advising leading financial institutions, corporates, and sponsors on complex financing transactions.
• Working on a broad range of corporate lending, real estate finance, and acquisition finance matters.
• Structuring deals under both conventional and Islamic finance frameworks.
• Advising on restructuring matters.
• Collaborating with top-tier lawyers in a dynamic and international environment.

Requirements:

• 2-8 PQE in general banking & finance from a leading international law firm.
• Strong experience in corporate lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, restructuring and Islamic Finance.
• Excellent academics and a strong technical skillset.
• A genuine interest in living and working in Dubai. Relocators from international firms in the UK would be highly desirable.
