On Track Fitness has been a neighborhood staple for over a decade, offering affordable, high-quality personal training and 24/7 gym access across 7 locations in the Philadelphia area and surrounding suburbs.

We take pride in creating clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environments for our members. One of our locations also operates alongside Forza Wellness, offering integrated health and recovery services under the same roof.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and overall experience across our locations.

This is a part-time position totaling ~16 hours per week, with flexibility to complete the work as:

• Two 8-hour days, or
• One 16-hour day

This role is ideal for someone who values independence, consistency, and takes pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize gym floors, equipment, bathrooms, and common areas
• Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, sanitizing wipes, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for members
• Follow structured cleaning checklists across all locations
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs

What We’re Looking For

• Someone reliable and consistent — this is the most important part of the role
• Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable traveling between multiple locations (Philadelphia + nearby suburbs)
• Prior cleaning/janitorial experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: ~16 hours/week (travel time already accounted for)
• Schedule Options: 2 days (8 hrs each) or 1 day (16 hrs)
• Pay: $20/hour
