General Cleaner (COH)- Cary, NC (Part-time)

We are seeking a cleaner for our facility located in Cary, North Carolina, near Parkside Town Commons.

Position Description: Cleaning Seating Areas and setting up for the next event

* Cleaning Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings

* Cleaning Window: Clean anytime between 3:00 AM - 11: 00 AM

* Salary: $500.00 per month

* Cleaning Time: 2.5 hours or less

* Specific Duties: detail floor cleaning, cleaning underneath tables, vacuuming, dusting - high and low, setting up chairs for opening, sanitizing handrails, emptying trash, and other duties as outlined in SOW.

Daily Cleaning Duties

* Dusting, including high and low areas.

* Cleaning baseboards, walls, and other surfaces.

* Spot cleaning areas as needed.

* Refilling supplies and organizing the janitorial area.

* Sweeping, vacuuming

Weekly Cleaning Requirements:

* Dusting (high/low)

* Clean baseboards

* Other duties outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW)

Qualifications:

* Clean background required

* Monthly pay paid via direct deposit
