Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners is a leading provider for janitorial cleaning for residential and commercial spaces.

Full Time Position Overview
The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning assigned jobs by ensuring that all building areas are cleaned according to company policy and procedures.

• Complete disinfectant of all horizontal surfaces
• Disinfectant all handrails
• Replenish all bathroom products (provided by client)
• Spot clean walls near trash receptacles
• Clean front, sides and tops of trash receptacles as needed
• Light dusting of all surfaces, wall hangings, upholstery and windowsills
• Vacuum as needed all carpeted areas and rugs
• Sanitize and remove all fingerprints and marks from all doorknobs & light switches as needed/monthly
• Clean & polish drinking fountains/water coolers
• Complete floor care (sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming)
• Complete sanitation of ALL bathrooms
• Exterior of all appliances (interior of microwave)
• All entryway interior/exterior glass cleaned
• Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners (provided by client)
• Damp wipe entrance metal
• Remove debris from planters and dust plants
• Clean and polish all partition glass and glass surfaces

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift (8 hours) while maintaining physical flexibility at the job level
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and speaking formats
• Must be willing to travel

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Split shift

Experience:

• Commercial cleaning: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Manhattan, KS 66502 (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
