Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our General Contractor Company as a Construction & Maintenance Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks on our sites and properties, including but not limited to just getting out there and swinging hammers!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move heavy materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Show up on time and ready to work each day.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• No previous experience necessary, but a strong work ethic is essential.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
• General handyman knowledge is a plus.
• Licenses and certifications in construction-related fields are a bonus.
• Must be eager to work as part of a team and committed to personal and professional growth.
• Plumbing or electrical experience is preferred.
