About the Role
We are looking for a General Coordinator of Paid Media to oversee the entire paid media workflow — from content creation to campaign tracking and reporting. This role serves as the bridge between our editors, analysts, and strategy team, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality campaigns, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full paid media workflow, including content planning, media setup, tracking, data management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with editors, analysts, and the strategy team as the main point of contact for all paid media initiatives.
- Approve final content and campaign launches to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and goals.
- Create and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Prepare and present summary reports for management, highlighting results, trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in paid media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
