General Counsel

Addicus is seeking a dynamic and strategic General Counsel to lead our legal operations and serve as our Head of Legal Services. Reporting directly to our President, this executive will be the cornerstone of legal leadership across Addicus and its affiliated entities. We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, embraces high-stakes decision-making, and brings a proactive mindset to legal strategy, compliance, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to shape legal frameworks that support innovation, investment, and growth across our diverse business units.

This role is perfect for someone who loves a challenge and is eager to build and lead a high-performing legal team. You’ll oversee everything from fund structuring and diligence to regulatory governance, estate planning and cybersecurity, all while maintaining authoritative control over contracts, due diligence, and risk assessment. Your ability to synthesize legal research, stakeholder input, and regulatory trends into actionable insights will be critical to our success. We value leaders who are not only technically excellent but also deeply strategic—those who can anticipate issues before they arise and develop clear, defensible points of view that guide our next steps.
