Pay: $18–$20/hr (training)
Earnings: $900–$1,200+/week for top performers
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (varies during snow season)
Location: Fort Wayne, IN

What You’ll Do:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and mulching

• Perform shrub trimming and seasonal cleanups

• Handle leaf removal and Christmas light installation

• Assist with snow removal in winter

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment

• Work safely and efficiently with the team

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• No felonies; drug-free (including marijuana)

• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
