Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and enthusiastic Dentist (BDS) to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should be proficient in general dental procedures, have strong communication skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a modern clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental issues, including caries, periodontal conditions, and minor oral surgeries.
• Perform routine dental procedures such as restorations, scaling, extractions, root canal treatments (manual or rotary), and prosthetic work (crowns, bridges, dentures).
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a high standard of care and hygiene.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe working environment.

Requirements:

• BDS degree from a recognized dental college.
• Valid registration with the Dental Council of India (DCI).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and patient-centric approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment.
