Associate Dentist – Foxridge Dental (Middleton, WI)
Full-Time, Monday–Thursday

Foxridge Dental, proudly supported by Cordental Group, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our practice in Middleton, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for a doctor who is ready to step into a solo-practice environment and make an immediate impact.

• A dentist who can hit the ground running, delivering high-quality patient care with confidence.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday)

• Practice Model: Solo-practice environment with full clinical autonomy

• Support: Cordental Group provides operational and administrative support so you can focus on dentistry

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain)

• Active DEA ( or willing to move to new location)

• Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach

• Interest in practice growth and long-term success
