Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment options and ensure informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations and a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Adhere to the highest standards of infection control, ethics, and professional conduct.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Florida dental license in good standing.
• Professional liability (malpractice) insurance (required).
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care and team collaboration.
• Experience preferred; highly motivated new graduates will also be considered.
