The Opportunity

We’re looking for a friendly and compassionate Dentist to join us Thursdays and Fridays. In addition to standard doctor procedures, you’ll help provide hygiene appointments (prophies/periodontal maintenance/SRP assessments) as needed to support high demand and ensure great patient access.

We are in the process of constructing a new building and expect to have that done in the next 12-16 months. The position available could be converted to a full time opportunity when the expansion is complete. Our patient base has been increasing quickly and we are in need of additional clinical team for those patients.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and perform restorative, extractions, and same‑day dentistry when appropriate
• Provide hygiene care when needed: adult/child prophy, perio maintenance, SRP evaluation/limited SRP
• Review treatment plans and educate patients with a prevention‑first mindset
• Collaborate with team to hit access, quality, and patient‑experience goals

What You’ll Need

• DDS/DMD and Arizona dental license in good standing
• Current DEA and CPR/BLS
• Comfortable providing occasional hygiene appointments
• Patient‑first communicator with efficient clinical skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays (set your preferred hours)
• Comp: $600daily minimum or 30% of adjusted net collections
• Start date: As soon as available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $600.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
