Associate Dentist – Lawrenceburg & Lewisburg, TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000–$350,000/year
Schedule: 4 days/week (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, no weekends or evenings)
Compensation Structure: 30% of adjusted production
Daily Guarantee: $800/day minimum for the first 90 days

What You’ll Need

• Active Tennessee dental license (DMD or DDS)
• Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for patient care and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
