Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8-5 PM - Eureka, CA

Patient Volume: Average of 16-18 patients per day. MUST see 8-9 minimum patients per 4 hours. Patient care is 36 hrs/week. 4hrs for administrative time.

Procedures: General Dentistry - Bread n butter - Must see all ages: 50/50 kids/adults

Extractions are a MUST.

EMR: EPIC

Licensure Needed: CA

Certifications Needed: DEA and BLS - Board Certified

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: MUST have 3 years of experience. Comfortable working in rural health.

Interview Schedule/Preferences: Name clear. Presentation then reviewed my Med Director/Site Director. Zoom call and offer.

Other additional pertinent information: For credentialing: MUST have 3 references within 2 years. Client runs own background check/NPDB. Must be up to date on ALL immunizations (COVID isn't required anymore) and if not up to date on immunizations, MUST wear mask all day in clinic.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $135.00 - $140.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
