General Dentist

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and efficient General Dentist to join our high-volume, fast-paced dental practice. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their treatment. A strong understanding of dental terminology, medical documentation, and infection control practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Root Canal Therapy (RCT)
• Fillings
• Crown preparations and crown deliveries
• Routine cleanings and deep cleanings (scaling and root planing)
• Simple extractions and other general procedures
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize chairside efficiency
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records (HIPAA standards)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Meet office productivity and workflow expectations in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, dental terminology, and medical imaging techniques
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing in a general dental office or clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort

Pay: From $180,000.00 per year
