Our mission is simple: to be the best dental team in our community by putting people and patients first, leveraging modern technology, and delivering exceptional care with warmth and integrity.
We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate General Dentist who shares our commitment to great dentistry and genuine relationships. You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, continuous growth, and a patient experience that feels human — not clinical.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning with a preventive, patient-centered approach.
- Deliver a full scope of general dentistry procedures — including restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic care.
- Collaborate closely with our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and long-term wellness in a clear, empathetic way.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records while upholding HIPAA and infection control standards.
- Utilize modern digital tools (Dexis imaging, intraoral cameras, and Dentrix) to enhance accuracy, communication, and outcomes.
- Stay current on evolving techniques and materials — we actively support continuing education and innovation.
Who You Are
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Connecticut dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Comfortable treating a wide range of patient demographics — from children to adults
- Confident in diagnosis, restorative dentistry, endodontics, and treatment planning
- Collaborative and coachable, with excellent chairside communication skills
- Dedicated to continual improvement and creating positive patient experiences
- Bonus: experience or interest in digital dentistry, lasers, or aligner therapy
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Supportive, close-knit team that cares deeply about patients and each other
- Modern digital environment with a focus on efficiency and comfort
- Opportunity to grow your skills clinically and professionally within Nova Dental Health’s expanding network
- Competitive compensation with CE support and performance-based incentives
- A culture that truly believes in being the best team in the community — not just another practice
