General Dentist

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning with a preventive, patient-centered approach.
• Deliver a full scope of general dentistry procedures — including restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic care.
• Collaborate closely with our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and long-term wellness in a clear, empathetic way.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records while upholding HIPAA and infection control standards.
• Utilize modern digital tools (Dexis imaging, intraoral cameras, and Dentrix) to enhance accuracy, communication, and outcomes.
• Stay current on evolving techniques and materials — we actively support continuing education and innovation.

Who You Are

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Connecticut dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Comfortable treating a wide range of patient demographics — from children to adults
• Confident in diagnosis, restorative dentistry, endodontics, and treatment planning
• Collaborative and coachable, with excellent chairside communication skills
• Dedicated to continual improvement and creating positive patient experiences
• Bonus: experience or interest in digital dentistry, lasers, or aligner therapy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $3,000.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
