Our team in York is looking to add a motivated Associate Dentist to their practice! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a practice that focuses on patient retention, mentorship for providers, and high staff morale! Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices.

Skills:

• Experience with dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and comfort.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.

Requirements:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Current dental license in Pennsylvania
