Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of experience or more recommended.

At Hagerstown Prime Dental, we value your expertise and are committed to offering a competitive compensation package, which includes 35% of collections or a minimum daily guarantee of $900–$1,100 (whichever is higher).

Our schedule is designed to provide work-life balance, with the option to work four days a week. For those seeking additional hours, we also offer the flexibility of working every other Saturday.
